SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Thank you for your interest in purchasing AMBRA FIORENZA

Most of Ambra Fiorenza garments are made to order, for production and delivery please allow:

  • For made to order 1 to 3 weeks.

  • For in-stock garments 1 to 3 days.


All garments are handmade in Berlin, any imperfections or variations add to the individual beauty and uniqueness of each piece.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, you will be notified via email.

Shippings

Shipments to Germany and Europe are done with DHL, DPD, or UPS. Shipments to the USA, Japan, Australia, Kanada, HK, Iceland, and other non-Europe Countries are sent with German Post/DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note that the delivery cost and taxes/duties change depending on the destination: for countries outside the EU, the courier may present you with a separate invoice from local authorities for duties owed so please verify local taxes and duties before placing your order because these charges must be paid by the recipient of the goods.
Delivery time may be delayed if goods are held at customs; also note that it will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges to local authorities to release the goods.
The customer is fully responsible for all postal charges, customs charges, and return shipment costs should they refuse to accept a shipment because of import taxes/duties.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with no perfume, deodorant, or makeup marks, and with all original tags and labels attached. Items returned in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you at your expense. Please note:

  • Custom-made items cannot be returned.

  • SALE items are final sales and cannot be returned.

Return Process

To return an item, email Ambra Fiorenza to arrange a return shipping method. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping expenses. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. The shipping costs will not be refunded.

We will refund your purchase in € (Euro) and we always use the most up-to-date exchange rate. Please note that depending on your bank’s currency conversion rate, a difference from the original charged sum may occur when your bank refunds your account.
